Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We chose DurdenBuild after a competitive tender process. Mick communicated well and provided a very competitive quote, although not the cheapest. We selected them based on the quality of the builds he showed us and his approach to the job. The work started on schedule and progress to date has been excellent. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

I have been in the building industry for over 24 years mostly focusing on bathroom refurbishments. Removing and installing new suites to were they were and to new position's, building stud work to create new areas or for walls to hold shampoo bottles. Fit bathroom's with fully tiled to half tiled walls including lino. I also fit new new skirting, architrave etc and do fully renovated houses. We needed some urgent work completely at our warehouse and I'm so thrilled we used PB maintenance to do it. There communication was excellent, always on time and work finished to a high standard. Can't speak more highly of them. We wil be using them again in the near future!

We had a leaky tap... it is now fixed! Michael is a very polite young man, who arrived on time as arranged and did a great job, even though our hot water system posed him a few challenges! Very happy with our non-leaky tap.
Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
