Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Sergiu was confronted by an unexpected problematic tap replacement. He spent 2 hours longer than planned to solve the problem, which he did succeed in by the end. He worked hard, spending a lot of effort and time tracking down the cause of the problem, without shooting up the fee for the extra time. I recommend him.
Mike was very responsive, visting my rental property quickly to prepare a quote. He then talked through what was needed with me and we agreed and price.
