Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person).
