Dan got in touch quickly & was able to fix toilet, install a new kitchen tap & identify problem with shower quickly. He returned to fix the shower promptly once the part arrived. The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets.
