Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Visited the premises by appointment quite promptly and we thought he had fixed the issue . Unfortunately he hadn’t and even though he was notified of this the same day have had no response from the tradesman since despite numerous attempts . Very disappointing and another unreliable tradesman . A courteous reply is all it needed .
