Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly.
