Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was quoted £170 for a full days work which involved replacing grouting around the shower and adding silicone to some areas in the bathroom. I stated I wanted the whole area on the shower wall re-grouted, however this never happened. After most of the day of them not being there they arrived and took under two hours to use silicone in very small areas on the tiling instead of the grout as requested. They even did this without consulting me first and still charged me £140. Not happy at all.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me.
