Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.
Having used a LOT of tradesmen in the last year, i can say that Andy was a real find. (A non-grumpy plumber and a good one too!!) He begun the installation as agreed but the cubicle supplied wasn't suitable. Once the supplier sent another cubicle, he returned that night and finished the job. He even helped me out with a tap in my own house despite it being after 8pm. You won't find a better plumber or bathroom installer on this site. I will certainly be keeping hold of his number!

Helped us out, were honest enough to say our boiler was a mess and needed replacing and got us a new boiler super quickly.
Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.
