Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Wanted bath surround and shower tray re-siliconed. Also requested shower tiles to be re-grouted where necessary. Didn't bring any grouting, so used silicone instead which was not satisfactory and turned out to be a rough messy result. None of it was very professional
