Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning.
