It was a pleasure dealing with AS Property Maintenance. They came to quote when they said they would, their prices were very competitive, the jobs they carried out were to a very high standard of workmanship and were completed in the time quoted. Rhys and his team were very professional. They fitted for us a combi boiler - with new gas pipes being required. They we punctual, polite and friendly. Every evening they made sure everything was cleaned up and the house didn't feel unlivable like it sometimes does when getting work done. I would highly reccomend them and will use them again.

Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

Sean has done an excellent job in replacing my combi-boiler. He responded very promptly to my request for an estimate which was by far the fairest out of 4 local tradesmen. He's a pleasant, polite young man and a VERY hard worker--didn't even stop to drink his cups of tea !! I am recommending him to all my friends.

Peter took his time explaining and talking through all the options to us. He used quality materials and is obviously a craftsman, sticking with the job until it was completed to his high standard.
