Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Noel did a whole list of jobs around my property when I moved in. This included making and fitting shelves into cupboards, putting up bookshelves, hanging mirrors and pictures, assembling flatpack, putting up curtain poles, mounting the tv on the wall, etc. I found him to be reliable, punctual, very precise with detail, friendly and trustworthy. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent.
