My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built.
