I cannot fault Arrk building they were on time, clean and tidy, did a brilliant job that was then approved by the council and at the agreed price. I would 100% use them again.

Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. I certainly made the correct choice as Arnes work was of a very good standard and he was both prompt and tidy. I will certainly be using Arnes again.

At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.

Raymond is an exceptional builder; the skirtings are like new, and he completed them with a touch of paint. The casement for the boiler pipe is classic; he had a plan of what he wanted the finished work to look like, as it is my eating area, and he wanted it to stand out. It’s amazing to look at. Dean did an excellent job replacing all my internal doors. He did a very neat job and tidied up along the way. The price was reasonable in comparison with other quotes I had. We did hit a snag with the frames - not Dean's fault - but he returned at the weekend to fix the problem. Communication was very good - quick and easy - and he always turned up on time.

Excellent work - conscientious and clean worker. Good precision floor tiling cuts around door frames and tiles evenly lined. Will be using again for further tiling work and as Dave is a qualified carpenter ( seen photographs of his craftmanship - looks very good) will be hiring him to build wardrobes.
