James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked.
