Payments are due on completion and once customer is satisfied with the quality of workmanship. If customer is not satisfied, it will be resolved with snagging or discount.

Mohammad was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he came and sorted out an electrical issue that had been bodged by previous installers. Stayed until 21.00 to finish job and ensure that we were left with working shower. Highly recommended will definitely be using again for future works.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
