Professional and friendly young man . Needed hinges fitted to a large window which was 20 years old . Neil gave us excellent advise at the start and we were happy with his outlook on fixing the window. Really pleased it got fixed without having the whole window replaced. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
