We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

We wanted a bespoke solution for a cupboard in our bathroom, which required taking in consideration a very unusually shaped space, and at the same time maximise the storage capabilities. The team worked incredibly hard, their workmanship and service are top quality and they delivered for us a solution that is absolutely perfect, and well above our expectations. Maciejsz designed and built a hall cupboard with mirror for us. The work was of excellent quality and we are very happy with the result. He was punctual, polite and professional throughout. He worked the whole day without a break in order to complete the job and was as diligent at the end as he was at the beginning. Carpenters United refurbished a sash window for us and replaced some glass, they were very reliable from the quoting stage all the way through to the completion of the works and did a great job. The work was quite tricky as the window was so old but it has been completed to a very high standard and the property left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them, they were more reasonable than other companies I spoke to and better organised
