I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!
