We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I am a tradesman with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of construction skills. My carpentry skills include boat work, decks, commercial shopfitting, residential refurbishments and custom jobs. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. I can also turn my hand to flooring including tiling, laminates, etc., and I'm happy to quote on general handyman work, garden projects and fencing.
He did exactly what I asked and made no mess in a newly decorated house so I am very pleased. He was pleasant and polite.

Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.

Greig carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and cracked on with the job in a competant and effective manner. The replacement stair bannisters, spindles and newel posts were fitted to a good standard and at a fair and competitive price. I intend to ask G E Carpentry to quote for any future carpentry work I may require.

The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
