I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

Adam came and looked and the job and provided some good advice, which will save money. He fitted the taps the next day and was punctual and tidy. Reasonably priced. Have had problems finding a reliable and competent plumber in the past, but not any longer!

Mark is such a genuine, decent and honest guy who I instantly felt at home with. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. The result was lovely and I would absolutely use Mark again. :)

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Terry and Glen laid laminate flooring in our hallway and dining room and floor tiles in the kitchen. we are really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending TDM to family and friends. we could find no fault with thier workmanship, reliability and the price was reasonable. all in all 100 per cent satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. What was also helpful was that they explained what they were doing as they were going along. I would happily use [COMPANY_NAME] again.
