I started Glazing and Locks as a window, door and conservatory repair business around 2011 in response to the amount of glazing companies that had gone out of business leaving their customers with no guarantees. The business has now moved on through demand and today we provide a full repair and home improvement service from changing a window handle right through to a full house refurbishment. Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price.
