The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

James Archer responded to my advert for fitting in a wardrobe, he came over and took measurements. He is very professional gave some options in terms of design and finish. We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
