The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Russell did an amazing job, great communication, and followed through with getting the job done to an excellent standard in a fraction of the time other tradesman had promised. And for less money! He ended up doing the whole of the garden and decking outside my orangery in a week (as he had promised and delivered). After being left in a terrible mess by another kitchen fitter, Graham responded to my job. Even speaking to him on the phone I knew he was a guy who could be trusted, and I wasn’t wrong! Within 4-days he completed our new kitchen and levelled the floor, correcting how badly it had been done previously, fitting all units and appliances to an excellent standard.
