Charlie built us a custom cabinet and TV wall, he was very quick to respond, organize a quote and complete the work. The quality of his work is extremely neat, accurate and he managed to give us exactly what we asked for. Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A Southport based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.
