I am a time served professional decorator and tiler by trade, over the years I’ve become what you would call a Builder....my self and my team of quality time served tradesman have been completing home improvements together since 2007....My main focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. I have been time Served since 1989 and self employed since 2003. I specialise in all types of home improvements both supply and fitting of kitchens,bathrooms and wet rooms. Full/part garage conversion ...on a smaller scale I also decorate one off rooms bedroom/living room etc. installing underfloor heating under tiles in conservatories, laying solid wood flooring and so on. Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden
