Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Malc did really good job in my "new" old house. I was very impressed with his high quality work. Level of standard/knowledge/detail you get for the money is amazing, five star job in very affordable price. I had bad experience with some other tradesmans, and I wish that all tradesmans would be like Malc. Thanks to Malc my new kitchen looks perfect. I will definitely use him again.

Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Alp and Adem were fantastic! They worked so hard to get my job done and to a fantastic standard and at a fair price. I was quoted on 11 internal Doors & Casings. Labour price was £2300. The existing doors and casings have been removed making the job easier and more straightforward. The price seemed extreme. Decided to go with another company on Rated people with 5 star reviews and twice as many satisfied customers for a fraction of the price.
