Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Very poor service. Apparently fixed the cord and charged me full price and after a couple of weeks it was broken again. When asked to come back and check he wasn’t helpful and never came back. Had to call someone else who then showed me that it wasn’t fixed properly as all the wires were coming out of the cover which was dangerous. I will never recommend his service.
