Great stuff - thanks very much to Seb and the guys - turned my falling down and overgrown space into a lovely smart clean, rebuilt and usable garden space - did what they said and when they said - thank you! They - rebuilt wall, laid patio,, built a raised flower bed, put up fencing and planted it all up - everything i needed.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

D&V responded quickly to my job. I was impressed with their professionalism on the site visit. The quote was detailed and competitive. They were flexible on dates. The job was completed in one day. It looks good and solid. They are competent and tidy. All round professionals. I would recommend.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. Highly trustworthy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending him so if he does quote (and he’s frequently booked up for months but gets the occasional window of work) he’s a good safe pair of hands

Excellent tradesman and on time, knowledgeable in his trade and did a few extra little jobs that he wasnt earmarked to do. Employed Lee again to do some extra roof work , would I recommend him? Yes no hesitation
