William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Just so you know; Alan has 20 years experience of fitting kitchens but has only recently joined Rated People – hence the few ratings provided so far (which was the basis of my initial reservations). As a customer of Rated People do not be tempted to over-price your job as the tradesmen get charged according to the budget you set, which for a small job can be a large percentage of the price you pay him.
