We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
