Josh was the 3rd of 3 quotes received and was the most reasonable by some distance. Prompt and extremely hard working. :9 fence panels, with concrete posts and gravel boards. Took 4 days, looks amazing and left the place spotless. Took the old fences away and swept up everywhere at the end.

A new company. Chris and Steve came round to fix my gate. Really polite and courteous. Really genuine and were keen to ensure the fix was practical and within my budget. Very good technically and had the gate up and running and practical advice for the ongoing operation. Thoroughly recommend them!

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. Jack and his colleague did an absolutely superb job on making us some built in wardrobes for our bedroom. The qulaity of the work was to the highest standard. I will be recommending him to friends for sure and if you are looking for some work done, in my experience you won't find anyone better.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.
