Hi let me introduce my self and my company. My name is Lee Emerson and i am the managing Director of Emerson Building Contractors. We are a family run company and I have been in the building industry for 30 years working in London on huge site projects which i did love but to now working locally on more personal projects such as single new builds, to extensions. loft conversions and refurbishments. Here at EBS we understand that alot of builders can start and finish projects but i dont beleive they have the finishing detailing that we do and we do strive to get better and better with each project we complete. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Many Thanks

Laurence is incredibly good at what he does, and he can do a lot. He has built us two beautiful wooden pieces, one fitted bookcase and one reading book, as well fitted two doors, and insulated and redecorated an outside lean-to. Next month he’ll be doing our bathroom which we have full confidence will look great in the end. Would definitely recommend.

Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.
