First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Cleos was reliable, polite and showed pride in the quality of his workmanship. He managed to get my kitchen worktop fitted to correct specifications and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with everything and accommodated my situation considering that I was short on time. Serhii was great, a good communicator, came round to measure up and gave us a quote for the work. We discussed various options and went for shelves and cupboards, which he fitted nicely with care. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.
