Hi there, as the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to develop, I want to take this opportunity to inform our customers that it is still business as usual. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
