He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Guys were very quick in replying and getting the job done which needed to be done quickly but was expensive and wasn’t the best standard. Also paid for the grass to be taken away and half the refuse bin was full of grass which council couldn’t take away

Karl was a nice guy, came up with a reasonable quote and worked through some modifications to the quote, however, I was unable to hire him as he refused to have any kind of written agreement / contract confirming the terms of the work. It’s a shame, because I wanted to work with Karl but wasn’t willing to spend so much money with nothing specific in writing.
