Great job. We had a massive amount of bamboo to remove, plus extending the patio, building a new concrete planter over 6 metres long and 1 metre wide, new patio lighting and new facia boards on the adjoining building. Working with JP has been a disaster. He kept talking up the job he was doing. We want from cleaning guttering to replacing our roof. He doesnt know what he is doing. He employed illegal workers, our roof is not safe, leaks and does not have building control. Craig and David did an amazing job clearing some small trees in readiness for our garden room. They worked non stop, took all rubbish away and even cleared up the small twigs. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
