Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Hi My name is Llyw I am a qualified joiner and have been in the trade for the past 14 years. In the past I have worked in the joinery industry working to very high standards producing hardwood windows, doors , shopfronts etc. Once I felt my time had come to an end in this role I worked closely with an investor sourcing , purchasing, project managing and renovating property.
