I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. First class service. Received a call and described the job Engineer Calum sent next day. Arrived on time diagnosed the problem. Replacement Inverter required this was collected and by the afternoon everything was back up and running. Recommend this firm highly!

£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.
