Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.

Ronnie from genius design came out and measured everything ( other companies just sent quotes without measurements or with rough estimates of the size, the quotes were similar or more but obviously I was more confident that it would all fit as Ronnie had measured properly, so worth the extra time) he priced up and organised the flap and glass, all I had to do was order the flap and confirm the glass then he came and installed them all, I’m happy with the work, he’s a friendly guy, worked around my schedule.

Phil has built and installed a palisade fence for me over the past week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He's worked through some wild weather to get the job done, and even built and attached a new garden gate from the unused wood, at no extra cost. Phil is completely reliable and trustworthy, and provides an excellent all-round, value for money service.
