A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

I tried giving a 0 rating but it wouldn't let me , i was quoted a £50. Call out and a rate of £ 90 an hour ,to fit a cat flap for a 62 year old disabled man's door,who before getting kidney failure would have knocked this out in no time, and thanks but no thanks a minimum amount of £ 140,you should be ashamed of such daylight robbery, this could easily be done within an hour so £ 140, if only i could rate you at zero, and you would be lucky to get that
