A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.
Hard to rate I'm afraid. Came to quote, quote never arrived! He may be good at his work but wouldn't know - so these are ratings based on coming to quote only!!

He came gave us a very competitive quote, Gave us a date to start the job, No further contact from him only when I said I was going to give him a poor review did he contact me to say he would have to cancel the job the day before he was due to start. Poor communications and a VERY BIG LET DOWN.
I have over 20 years experience working in the building trade . I am very polite professional reliable and always put the customers needs first . I am based in Kent but work all over the south east and London . I do a lot of work for several well known building companies and ongoing private customers. I am fully insured and work to a high standard at all times and also work weekends as and when required.
Dev was an excellent gardener. He was very efficient, friendly and completed the work to a high standard. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. His quote was spot on and he was very reasonably priced compared to a previous gardener whose work left a lot to be desired. I would definitely recommend Dev's work and would certainly use his services in the future.
We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
Their command of the English was limited; they were unable to take directions to get to my property. It therefore undermined my confidence they could expedite the works
