A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I have over 35 years building trade experience, carrying out a variety of jobs. A plasterer by trade but have also trained as a joiner. I recently went on a course to carry out locksmith work. I have full public liability insurance and am CRB checked.
We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

First class job looks great
Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had.
