I have been very pleased with the work done by Sean. He has been very reliable, completed the installation of multiple windows all to a good standard, and was back very quickly to do the finishing touches. He was flexible and worked around my lifestyle. He delivered what he promised and was always keen to get feedback from me to check I was happy.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Justin completed the work on time and on budget. The job presented some challenges as the equipment we bought had a defect. Justin solved this with patience and care. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.
