Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. Arrived later than arranged. The job was satisfactory but the clearing up afterwards was terrible. Cuttings of trimed hedges left on the flower beds. Muck and grime from gutter cleaning left everywhere. All over windows, door frames and floor. Took me ages to clean up. Asked to clear part of my roof which was extra money, but all the moss was left. Cant say I would recommend this company.

He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
