There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!
