Scott & his dad replaced my garden gate & also installed a new fence panel. Very professional & friendly service I had a quote within 2 hours of them visiting. Very reasonable price, the gate was made by them & is very good quality & alot sturdier than the old one. Both that & the fence panel look great. I will definitely keep their details for any future jobs. Highly recommend them.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

You can appoint this company with confidence. We found Tomley Paving through Rated People and will certainly be using them again in the very near future and will recommend. The project they undertook could have been daunting to a less experienced company.They excavated an area removing 45 tons of soil, built a retaining wall, laid a very large patio with three large feature steps into the garden. Beautiful. The area was left clean and tidy and Tom & Lee the owners were fully on board the entire project.

Carried out an excellent job, left the yard tidy and with attention to detail. They turned up on time, maintained contact and worked hard to cut down all the trees and remove debris in a safe and professional manner. We will use them again!

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Walnut tree trimmed all around as per my specification done same day as price was negotiated and very fair. Clean and tidy too. Never give 5 stars nobody's perfect but very happy to use again.

Alex is friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job, leaving the lawn beneath the apple tree clean and all the prunings neatly stacked so that I could run them through the shredder. He wasn't just someone who simply chopped off bits of the tree to order but knew just what needed pruning and consulted with me throughout the job to make sure that I got the pruning I wanted.

Phil was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication, reasonable on price, and really flexible in the the build allowing me to source certain materials too. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
