This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
Graham did a very professional job in solving a tricky problem with water seeping into the garage. He turned up as promised, and kept me informed at all stages of the job. He did an extremely good job and left the area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him in the future.
