My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

John didn't carry out the work for me in the end, as the quote for materials far exceeded estimate given. However, he attended the property the very next day I think, he measured up and gave guidance as to what I needed to buy which was very helpful.
Overall service and communication excellent from this gentleman but would have liked floor covering to be used in the area being worked on to have avoided mess. Thanks very much for what you have done.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
