Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!
